This project explores improving the user experience of an NSF-funded cloud computing platform called CloudLab. My role in this project is particularly to look at the UX issues of the platform and recommend design improvements to the developers.

My role: UX researcher (conduct contextual inquiry, transcribe interviews, conduct reflexive thematic analysis)
